Arts Organizations get help from Virginia Tourism Office

At the Cultural Alliance of Geater Hampton Roads  Arts Commissioners' Roundtable program held in April Steve Galyean, the Director of Partnership Marketing Development of the Virginia Tourism Corporation,  presented information about the Virginia Tourism Office and how it can assist local and statewide arts organizations in marketing their programs-- not only to state residents, but to the many tourists who visit Virginia.  In addition to marketing assistance, the Corporation has grants that are available to state arts and cultural organizations that have a program that would enhance statewide tourism.
I have included information about these grants in this blog. Any arts organization that believes they can qualify should take advantage of these opportunities.  See Contacts below for more information.
